Last week I joined a very exclusive club (with Abigail, Maxine & Joy) and became the very proud owner of a custom made kettlebell lifting belt, courtesy of Doug Sanders at SPM leathers!! I’ve had the opportunity to lift in it this weekend and I absolutely love it!! The style and craftsmanship is simply outstanding and the Bigkat club logo is just the best!

My belt from SPM Leathers - Brilliant KB belt handmade in Scotland from a custom pattern. Doug really knows what he's doing with leather and we discussed all aspects of the shape, finish and materials. The rigidity on this is perfect for me without being bulky.
The cut of the lower edge was an experiment, but a totally successful one. It's very comfortable over my hip. Even the hole spacing was to order, to give a bit more gut room. The fixtures are lovely, too: beefy copper rivets and bevelled prongs on the buckle that don't scratch your forearms.
This is a really excellent object! High quality stuff 👍

I had a beautiful bag made that was based on one I showed Doug that I wanted done in leather but I left it up to Doug as to the final design. The bag made was soft, small, light and beautifully put together, I use it every day. Delighted to bits with it. Thanks again.

Custom made to my measurements and required thickness, it arrived two weeks later as promised, and is absolutely spot on. I've used it for the last few weeks and it fits like a glove, clearly very well made, and looks great too. Excellent value, excellent product, with excellent service from a true gent.
